SpinTunes 14 - Meet the Judges

Jerkatorium
Jerkatorium are the SpinTunes reigning champions, returning to judge YOU!

Lori D.
Lori D. is a veteran radio personality based in New England. She got her start at WHEB-FM in Portsmouth, NH, and has been a fixture of local radio ever since.  She has held her own with Morton Downey Jr. onstage, introduced dozens of Rock and Rollers, and has a unique perspective on music creation.
Now Lori brings her talents onboard to judge SpinTunes 14.
This is her first foray into judging a internet music competition.

Paul Rosenbluth
Paul Rosenbluth of McKinney, TX is an avid music fan with eclectic tastes.  Paul played trumpet all through school where he did some arranging and composing but now mostly just plays guitar for fun and the love of music.  Paul hosts a channel on iFunny called LyricQuoteOfTheDay where he brings familiar as well as unknown, deep tracks to the attention of fellow music lovers and posts creative lyric art for solved daily clues.  Paul’s favorite thing is to spend the day making a gourmet meal accompanied by Jazz greats like Miles Davis.  Paul is a student of thirteen languages and is often prone to wax philosophical about his passion for history, language, arts, and culture.

Tom Giarosso
Tom Giarrosso is a founding member of the Boffo Yux Dudes, and has a long and checkered past with the music and comedy business. He’s been a Professional DJ, TV Director, and currently runs a PEG Access station in Salem NH. He also hosts the Spintunes Listening Parties.

What qualifications this give him to judge you is up to debate, but you’re stuck with it.

Allan Morgan
Allan Morgan likes music and comedy, and as one of the instigators in the Boffo Yux Dudes will often foolhardedly attempt to combine them.  Amazingly, his music has appeared on radio (mostly in the forgiving confines of the Dr. Demento show), movies, MTV, Nickelodeon and even network television.  He has been obsessively lstening to and collecting music for several long decades, and his wife wants to know where she can donate these boxes of 8-track tapes cluttering up the basement.

Scott Mercer
Scott Mercer is a bon vivant, raconteur, and man about town. He's been an author, a published music reviewer, and appeared in 2 different groups on Dr. Demento's radio program.
Scott is a founding member of The Boffo Yux Dudes, Pop Machine, MindFlux, and The Cheeseburgers. He also published the music review fanzine Vinyl Hell in Los Angeles.
